WHERE WE DELIVER
Our cocktails need to be refrigerated and are designed for consumption within 2-3 days as such we only offer delivery within inner Melbourne suburbs that are serviced by our delivery partner. We do not offer delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

As we’re starting out, we currently only offer delivery on Fridays (excluding Good Friday, ANZAC Day and Christmas Day). Orders need to be placed before 1pm on Thursdays, to ensure delivery by Fridays (between 1pm- 6pm). Because our products contain alcohol, we cannot leave parcels unattended. Please be available to receive your delivery between 1pm-6pm on Fridays.
We offer a flat rate of $13.00 for delivery to the suburbs listed above (where we deliver). Free on orders over $120. Free for Abbotsford and Richmond residents for orders over $50.
PROOF OF AGE
As we sell products which contain alcohol, our delivery partner will require you to present valid government issue photo identification as proof of age from the recipient of the parcel, even if that recipient is not the customer who placed the order. This is so we can ensure no alcohol is in the possession of minors. Thanks for your understanding.
COVID SAFE DELIVERY
To protect the health and safety of our customers and couriers during this time, our home delivery service is now contactless.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is there a minimum order amount for home delivery?
There is no minimum order on our online store.
I need my order urgently, what should I do?
We recommend placing your order two days in advance to ensure a seamless ordering process. If you’re really stuck, shoot us an email IndentedHeadCocktails@gmail.com and we'll try to work something out.
My package is damaged, can I get a replacement?
Please contact us via IndentedHeadCocktails@gmail.com with photos of the damage, we will investigate the issue and amend where possible.
Can I return an order?
As the cocktails are consumable products, it cannot be returned due to change of mind. Products can only be returned if broken or incorrect. Please send us an email IndentedHeadCocktails@gmail.com to discuss details regarding returns.
What happens if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
Because our products contain alcohol, we cannot leave parcels unattended. Please be available to receive your delivery between 1pm-6pm on Fridays. In the event that we are unable to deliver an order, the parcel will automatically be rerouted to our delivery partner’s dispatch centre. They will get in contact with you directly to reorganise delivery, additional fee may be charged.
Once received, how long do I have to drink my cocktails?
Our cocktails have varying shelf-life, on average between 2 to 7 days. All our cocktails will have an ‘Enjoy Before’ date on the label. We always recommend you consume your drinks within the first 2 days of you receiving your order to fully experience the deliciousness Indented Head Cocktails offers.
Do I need to refrigerate my cocktails?
Yes, all cocktails need to be refrigerated as soon as possible. Quality and longevity of cocktails improve greatly with refrigeration. We recommend consuming your cocktails as cold as possible.
Once opened, should they be consumed immediately?
We recommend consumption immediately after opening the product – or, we suggest enjoying it within a day at the latest.
Do I need a cocktail shaker?
All our cocktails have recommended glassware pairings and we've added some serving suggestions on our labels and website. Many of our cocktails are designed to be stirred or shaken with ice however we understand not everyone have access to a cocktail shaker. Feel free to explore other options like a protein shaker or even a mason jar.
